Trans World Radio has programme sponsorship relationships with more than 200 ministries worldwide. Together TWR and it's partners, by the grace of God, have worked together to produce radio programmes for people groups in Africa for 30 years.

With 30 years of broadcasting experience in Africa, Trans World Radio-Africa has a proven track record that has resulted in a high standard of programme production and broadcasting using the latest technology. What gives Trans World Radio the leading edge in Christian broadcasting? We believe it's in the value added services listed below that are offered to all sponsors and donors who partner with us in our various projects:

TWR has set high standards for developing programmes in the languages of the listeners. Careful attention is given to the recruiting , hiring , and training of producers. When emabarking on new projects, TWR sets up an efficient reporting and evaluation system with stringent requirements. As TWR believes in partnerships, networking with other agencies, both in broadcasting and on the ground is established. Relationships are also established with the local churches to whom TWR will forward the details of people who write in and need to be followed up.

Audience Research and Identification of Target Group

Prior to programme production research is done around the potential audience. This is used to better identify the needs and establish a clear idea of the focus and content that will be needed in producing the programmes. From this the programme format can be established.

Recruitment, Training of Producers / Production Team
